Who We Are

ALBORGRID is the international brand of Shandong Sunshine Power Equipment Co., Ltd., a power distribution equipment company established in 2007 in Liaocheng, Shandong. The name combines albor—first light—with grid, connecting the company’s Sunshine identity with its long-term focus on power distribution.

What We Do

We manufacture compact substations, oil-immersed and dry-type transformers, medium- and low-voltage switchgear, ring main units, and distribution equipment. Our product portfolio covers power distribution equipment from 0.4 kV to 40.5 kV. Quality is controlled through component selection, fabrication, assembly, in-process inspection, routine testing and final release.

What You Can Expect

We provide product selection support, technical documentation, inspection and routine-test records, export packaging, warranty coverage and after-sales technical assistance. Project-specific ratings and configurations are available when required, but our priority remains consistent product quality and dependable delivery.

Quality Certificates

At ALBORGRID, quality is managed throughout material control, production, inspection and final release—not checked only after a product is finished. The certificates below reflect the structured systems behind our approach to product quality, environmental responsibility and workplace safety, showing how these commitments are embedded in our daily manufacturing operations.

How We Control Product Quality

Every order moves through defined controls—from specification review and production inspection to testing and final release.

01

Specification & Engineering Review

Before production begins, voltage, capacity, protection, installation conditions and applicable standards are reviewed against the approved specification. These requirements are converted into drawings, component selections and controlled production documents. The completed transformers shown alongside this stage reflect how those engineering decisions carry through to equipment configuration, accessory installation and nameplate verification.

02

Controlled Manufacturing

During manufacturing, transformer components, enclosures, wiring and accessories are assembled through defined checkpoints. Dimensions, connections, insulation clearances, clamping and workmanship are verified as production progresses, allowing issues to be addressed before the next operation. The workshop images show coils, dry-type cores and assembled units at different stages of this controlled process.

Testing & Final Release

Completed equipment undergoes routine testing against the approved technical scope. Before packing and shipment, test records, nameplates, accessories and delivery documents are checked for completeness and consistency. The adjacent images show enclosures and cable branch boxes prepared for final inspection, including checks on dimensions, door alignment, surface finish, internal clearances and labels.
