20 Distribution Transformers to NF C 52-100

Twenty distribution transformers were manufactured, factory-tested and prepared for shipment for municipal-grid and industrial-park upgrades.

The specification required NF C 52-100 compliance and protection for high temperature, humidity, voltage fluctuation and corrosive coastal exposure. A specified C5-M corrosion-protection system was applied for the salt-laden environment.

Three Transformers with Matching Accessory Sets

The order comprised three transformers and three matching accessory sets for municipal-grid upgrades and industrial power supply.

The transformer configuration followed the specified NF C requirements. Temperature control, sealing and corrosion protection were reviewed for heat, dry conditions, substantial daily temperature variation and frequent voltage fluctuation.

The 2018 and 2020 deliveries comprised 22 items for park and infrastructure distribution projects.

5 × 10 kV HXGN switchgear panels, 3 distribution transformers and 10 low-voltage switchgear panels.

The scope covered cabinet manufacture, transformer configuration, protection functions and project documentation.

  • Cabinet sheet-metal, copper-busbar and insulation-component inspection
  • Withstand-voltage and relay-protection checks for the supplied switchgear
  • The 2018 delivery included Chinese- and English-language test records, drawing support and remote installation guidance
